1 cup crushed ice¼ preserved lemon peel2 ½ ounces gin¼ ounce vermouthSmall lemon wheel or lemon spiral
Place the ice cubes and preserved lemon in a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler, muddle the preserved lemon and ice until they are both crushed well. Add the gin and vermouth and shake well.
Strain into a well-chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon spiral or lemon wheel.
